We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Outbound Call Centre Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients in order to generate sales leads or market research. You will also provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues they may have. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a persuasive phone manner, and a strong ability to build rapport with customers. Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients to generate sales leads or conduct market research
Follow a script to provide information about our products and services
Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues they may have
Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
Develop and maintain a knowledge base of our products and services
Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers
Achieve and exceed sales targets on a consistent basis
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role preferred
Excellent verbal communication skills
Ability to effectively navigate and utilize computer systems
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
